Different Types of Water

Tap Water

Municipal water originates from low underground or the surface level. Often it’s waste water that has been treated heavily with chemicals to raise the pH level for human consumption. Industry regulations are imposed to keep harmful contaminates out of the water supply such as lead, pesticides, hormones or other harmful irritants but often still find its way in to our homes due to the pipes or the filtration process can only remove so much. If goes into our sewers it can find its way into tap our water. Plastic particles have been found in the water supply around the world from rain water to tap water which is a cause for concern across the nation.

Distilled Water

Treated water that has been demineralized meaning it has been removed of all salts through a process of reverse osmosis. This process can take place through boiling water, collecting the steam and condensing it back into a liquid. This process removes all impurities as well as any nutritional value from the water. Water is sticky and needs minerals to bond to if theres no minerals it pulls any other substance like toxins from the body making it great for detoxing but too much can strip mineral deposit from the body.

Minerals are inorganic which means they do not come from living matter and keep their chemical structure. Minerals enter our bodies through the water being the number #1 vehicle of transportation for the inorganic matter. Water flows over and through rocks collecting minerals from the earth which neutralizes the acidity of the water. The uptake of the minerals is taking in through the roots of plants or the natural occurring spring water we drink. Minerals can be formed above ground and underground through molten material like lava or magma when it becomes cooled or evaporation from a solution such as ocean water leaving behind once dissolved elements like sea salt.

Mineral Water

Natural minerals found deep beneath the earth’s crust through layers of rocks where the water is bottled at the source. Carbonation can be added but their can be no other treatment of the water or added minerals. It’s free from all environmental contaminants and the only substances allowed to be removed is iron, manganese and sulphur. There are tons of health benefits associated with mineral water because our bodies need it and cannot naturally produce it. The only way minerals enter our bodies is through food and water.

Spring Water

Much like mineral water the source originates deep underneath the permeable rock layer called an aquifer where it is trapped by surrounding clay and impermeable rock. The spring is formed through natural pressure within the aquifer which causes the water to flow above ground. Health benefits can be as good as mineral water depending on the source. The guidelines requirements for spring water minerals and nutritional value is not as strict as mineral water. The mineral content can vary depending on the source. If it’s really natural and free flowing it should contain organic matter.

Natural artesian alkaline water has a pH level greater than 7 which is naturally acquired from the earthly minerals. The alkali earth metals are used to filter the acidity of the earth through the natural filtration system provided by the permeable rock layers and naturally flowing currents gathering minerals as it passes through into a spring or ocean balancing the environment for marine life.

You know its real by the contents on the label. Organic matter is essential for a healthy life. Because the spring is a natural artesian spring meaning that it flows freely above ground at a temperature of 74 degrees it posses earthly compounds that is nutritional for the soil and the soul.

Alkaline minerals are elements from within the earth.  They fall underneath the group 2A on the periodic table.  They are reactive which means they have the tendency to react chemically to a situation rather than creating or controlling it.  Electropositive is an element that loses electrons and form positive ions in chemical reactions. Elements on the left side of the periodic table are electropositive (+) and as you travel to the right side of the chart the more electronegative (-) the elements.

Atoms need to bond to become stable, this is where the term opposites attract comes in to play.  Ultimately this is what creates the flow of electrical currents in the water.  When earth metals bond to non metals they create a chemical bond known as a ionic bond which is an electrostatic attraction between two oppositely charged ions for the creation of salt (Na+Cl-).

Minerals Salt = Electrolytes

When a metal oxide is dissolved in water it creates an alkaline solution. Divalent metals are atoms that are each capable of chemically combing with two atoms of hydrogen and can form basic oxides which react with water to form hydroxide. Basic oxides are properties that opposes acidic oxides by reacting with water to form a base or with an acid to form salt and water. This solution naturally creates a sodium bicarbonate that is released into the blood to neutralize acidity within the body.

This process takes place when alkaline water and alkaline foods with high water content mixes with the stomach acid.  Sodium Carbonate also known as soda ash which is a base used for buffering acidity. Metals are good conductors of electricity because of the free electrons which allows the electrical currents to flow through.  Salts dissolve in water making the water a conductor of electrical currents which conducts electricity for the body.

Minerals are stored inside the bones. When the body becomes too acidic it leaches minerals from the bones in an attempt to balance the pH. Alkaline salts act as buffers to an acidic condition. A low salt diet will cause mineral deficiency losing the ability to buffer acidity and cause bones to become weaken. Brine – is water that is strongly impregnated by salt and is used for the natural preservation of food. The combination of water and salt is used to preserve freshness on the outside… well in my opinion if it is a preservative on the outside of the human body it would naturally be one mixed with water on the inside preserving our organs as they are surrounded in the salty watery solution. We all know too much salt can cause erosion as it does to driveways and streets during the winter time after melting the ice away if it sits but the proper proportion of essential sea salt and water can preserve the life of organs.

Chronic Pain is an acidic environment

pH is the potential hydrogen in a solution that describes the measurement of voltage in the solution. Our cells are tiny powered batteries that operates on voltage and transmit waves of  electrical currents throughout the body known as energy. A cells pH range is between 7.35 – 7.45 same as the pH of the blood.  When the cell drops below the normal pH level for its environment it becomes more acidic and loses the ability to recharge and regenerate new cells. Low voltage equal a lower vibration and results in a lower frequency allowing for opportunistic bacteria to cause disease. Chronic pain is a signal for an acidic condition around the nerve endings that warns the body of dehydration. Alkaline water provides the surge the body needs to flush out toxins and generate a charge on a cellular level to fight sickness and disease.

Cells Are Fish in the Tank

I use to believe that green water in a fish tank was killing the fish because the bacterial organisms would overly consume resources of food and decrease the oxygen level in the water causing the fish to die… but I was wrong. What I understand now is that water + light + oxygen = life for all things like bacteria, fungi and algae. These condition breed life to all things giving them the right to exist and multiply. The environment of a fish in a tank will show how our cells work within the human body and how those three major components determines the environmental pH conditions conducive to life on a cellular level.

So water management is what actually determines the death of the fish because the increase levels of ammonia and nitrate that accumulates in the tank from improper filtration lowers the pH level of the water creating an acidic environment. The environmental conditions changes the effects of the fish overtime which slowly causes the fish to age prematurely. Any new fish introduced to an environment condition different from what it was use to rapidly feels the effects ultimately killing the fish.

Our life and our body works much like the fish in the tank. Our inner body is a microcosm of the world around us and the environmental changes can effect us slowly overtime because changes is apart of life we all go through. But how you are introduced to those conditions determines how well you are able to endure. Fish as well as our cells lives in an aqueous environment and whether we think so because we live on land our earth is largely made up of mostly water, there is moisture in the air we breath to prevent our lungs from drying out and we need copious amounts of water to ensure we do not dry up from the inside out.

Fish in a tank and cells within our bodies are limited in their movement so they must eat and remove waste in the place they rest which eventually changes the environmental conditions of the solution making it more acidic. Because they can not just pick up and move outside that condition freshwater must be added to neutralize the effects creating balance necessary for homeostasis.

Fresh water brings in nutrients, minerals and oxygen into the cells body for it to metabolize and also removes the metabolic waste from the inside of the cell to the outside environment where it awaits for more freshwater to remove it from the surrounding environment of the cell. A great example of this would be eating food in your room and throwing the trash on the ground not to mention relieving your bodily waste without flushing. Over time this outside environment will soon change the inside conditions of the body. Water allows for proper waste removal.

Gut bacteria and cells breaks down protein creating ammonia as a waste product. Our liver and kidneys work together to remove the waste from the body through urine. In order for that to happen effectively we must consume enough freshwater into the body preferably alkaline water to chemically buffer the acidic waste to assist and maintain the proper functioning of the body’s organs. Like fish each organ has its own pH environment necessary for it to live and if the improper amounts of water does not enter the body the function of the organs energy level will decrease causing them to be less effective and efficient in their daily processes.
